The Founders

Beautiful Digital’s three founders hail from a range of backgrounds combining digital marketing, marketing, management and PR.

Ben Karter

Ben was previously General Manager for Global (label and management divisions) and a director of James Grant Management, managing artists like The Script, Pixie Lott and winning the contract to manage the X Factor finalists. He has over a decade of marketing experience including being Head of Marketing at Mercury Records and has worked with artists such as Elton John, Taylor Swift, Jake Bugg, Westlife, Bon Jovi, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Natasha Bedingfield, The Backstreet Boys, Groove Armada, Chase & Status, Nero, Noah and the Whale, Shakira, Elvis Presley and The Stone Roses. Ben also runs and is founder of record label 0e0e.

Tom Peacock

Tom previously ran label CRM and domestic artist strategy at Mercury Records, then moved to Virgin EMI as a Digital Marketing Manager. There, he oversaw social and digital marketing campaigns for Jake Bugg, Chase & Status, The Vamps, Circa Waves, Slaves, Mark Knopfler, Keith Richards, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Fall Out Boy and many more. Tom is a former Music Week 30 Under 30 entrant and won Best Digital Marketing Campaign at the 2014 Music Ally Digital Music Awards. Digital innovation and pushing boundaries is at the heart of his campaigns. Tom manages artists in their own right, and continues to oversee digital strategy at a global level.

James Quinn

James has been at the forefront of the music and digital marketing landscape for much of the last decade. During his time at Autonomy Music Group he created Autonomy Digital, an arm of the company specialising in digital marketing and social media management. Autonomy Digital worked with a broad range of artists and organisations including Universal Music Group, Dramatico, Modest! Management, Razorlight and Grant Nicholas as well as several campaigns for documentaries and films. James ended his time at Autonomy as Head of Marketing where he designed and delivered campaigns for the likes of Kate Nash, Infinity Management, The Jacques and Tileyard Music.
